EU's Mogherini proposes Italian as EU Middle East envoy, Italy says

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The EU's foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini has proposed Italian diplomat Fernando Gentilini as the bloc's special representative to the Middle East, Italy's foreign minister said on Monday.
